About Aurapa
Aurapa Ltd is a commercial finance brokerage based in Coventry. We arrange property finance for landlords, investors and self employed borrowers across England.
Who is behind it
Aurapa was founded by Saran Gandhi. He served as a colonel in the Indian Army, then spent several years as a senior manager at Amazon in Europe running large operations teams. He now applies the same discipline to property finance: clear process, straight answers, no surprises at the eleventh hour.
The cases we like are the ones that need working. Self employed income that a bank scoring system misreads. A limited company structure a high street lender will not touch. An auction deadline that needs bridging finance completed in weeks.
How we are set up
Aurapa Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Commercial Finance Network Corporation Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under number 796413. Membership of the network gives our clients access to a panel of over 100 lenders, including specialist lenders and private banks that do not deal with the public directly.
